Track 1: Tumor Regulatory Mechanisms, Neural Crosstalk and Multi-omics

Qualifications:

• A PhD degree (or one expected soon) in tumor biology, neurobiology, molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, bioinformatics or a related field.
• A solid research background in tumor biology, familiarity with the key molecular regulatory mechanisms of tumor development, and an interest in tumor–nervous system interactions. Experience in tumor genomics and epigenetic regulation, cancer neuroscience, tumor–neural cell crosstalk, single-cell or spatial multi-omics, tumor cell function studies or in vivo tumor models is preferred.
• The ability to independently design and advance research projects, to dissect the key regulatory networks underlying tumor development and tumor–neural crosstalk by combining experimental and computational approaches, and to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Track 2: AI Protein Design and Cancer Immunotherapy

Qualifications:

• A PhD degree (or one expected soon) in computational biology, protein design, structural biology, protein engineering, immunology, tumor biology, biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Research experience in one or more of the following: AI or computational protein design, molecular cloning, protein expression and purification, protein labeling and functional characterization, binding kinetics analysis, or high-throughput protein screening (e.g., yeast display).
• Experience in developing antibodies, bispecific antibodies, T cell engagers (TCEs), targeted protein degradation systems or other novel therapeutic proteins is preferred.
• Experience in the culture and functional analysis of immune cells such as T cells, NK cells, DCs or B cells, or in constructing CAR-T/CAR-NK cell therapy systems, flow cytometry, cytotoxicity assays, cytokine detection and tumor animal models is preferred.
• The ability to independently conduct protein screening, experimental validation and in vitro/in vivo functional evaluation, to advance projects around key scientific questions in cancer immunotherapy, and to collaborate with computational, protein engineering and tumor mechanism research teams.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or above (master's preferred) in biology, pharmacy, basic medicine, biotechnology, biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with experimental techniques such as cell culture, molecular cloning, protein expression and purification, protein labeling or high-throughput protein screening is preferred.
• Experience in tumor pharmacology, antibody drug evaluation, cell therapy or structural biology is preferred.
• Responsible and diligent with standardized laboratory practice, able to conduct experiments stably over the long term, and possessing good learning ability and a collaborative spirit.
